MemoriesOnTV ClipShow Volume 2

Thank you for purchasing MemoriesOnTV ClipShow Volume 2.

This guide introduces you to the ClipShow templates available in this package, and instructs you on how you can use them in your own slideshows.

How ClipShow works

In many ways, ClipShows are similar to ClipArt packages for a graphical application. They are simply short sequences of slides that are pre-choreographed to achieve certain visual effects.

You use ClipShows by simply replacing the default bundled pictures with your own. Some ClipShows will even allow you to add new pictures. This allows you to create slideshows with interesting visual effect with very little work - the hard work has already been done for you.

Using ClipShows

In MemoriesOnTV, you can load a ClipShow by clicking on the "Load ClipShow" button as shown:

To access the ClipShow templates you've installed with this package, simply click on Library. You will be shown the list of available templates within the installed library that you've installed. To load a ClipShow, simply select it.

Once you have loaded a ClipShow, you will be see the ClipShow editor window:

Some ClipShows have the ability to allow you to add new pictures. These extensible ClipShows will show an additional "Add Pictures" tab in the ClipShow Editor:

After you have replaced the default pictures with your own or add new ones, click on FINISH and MemoriesOnTV will generate all the necessary slides. That's it!

ClipShow Naming Convention:

All ClipShow filenames are prepended with a number indicating the number of default pictures that you should be replacing. Of course, if you choose to, you can opt not to replace some of the default photos.

Some ClipShows are sensitive to aspect ratio settings. For these ClipShows, 2 versions are provided. Those that end with the filename "_Wide.ctv" are for 16:9 Widescreen settings, while those without are for 4:3 Normal aspect ratio settings.

ClipShows without a widescreen version can be used in both normal and widescreen aspect ratio.
