Hi there.
Welcome to Lookback!
Lookback lets you record your screen, face, and audio.
In the recording panel, you’re able to select which camera or microphone to use, or disable them completely. You can also select any external displays connected to your Mac.
Open the dropdowns to have a look!
You can also record any Apple device’s screen. It might be a Mac, iPhone, iPad, or AppleTV.
If you’d like to do that, please plug in a device with a Lightning USB or USB C (for AppleTV) cable into your Mac.
We support OS X 10.10+, iOS 8+, and tvOS.
If this is the first time you’re connecting the device, it needs to ”trust” the computer before we can record it.
This is not the case on tv.
Hit ”Trust” in the iOS dialog.
Great! Now unplug the device and plug it in again.
This way, we can detect it properly once it’s trusted.
When you’ve done that, the device should be visible in the screen dropdown.
Now you’re all set to hit the button
in the recording panel and start recording.
You can stop the recording by hitting the pause button in Lookback (or in the OS X menu bar).
When you've finished a recording, you can upload it to lookback.io for watching, discussing, and sharing.
