New logo/Canvas options

New logo and Canvas dialog box will appear when you click on the New logo button i.e. Canvas button that can be found in the main toolbar. These dialogs are used for setting canvas parameters when you create a new logo document or for setting canvas parameters while working on the existing logo. In addition to dialog names, the difference between New logo and Canvas dialogs is that New logo dialog has two additional controls for entering a file name and location. Other options are the same.
